Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
The short version
These terms are the contract for using Agent Anything. This box is a plain-English summary. The numbered sections below are the ones that apply.
- You must be 16 or older and able to contract. Keep your account and agent tokens under your control.
- Third-party apps and AI agents have their own terms. You are responsible for what you Connect and what you grant each agent.
- Personal use is free up to 25 connected apps during the current MVP. Paid plans are described on Pricing but checkout is not live.
- The service is provided as-is, with Australian Consumer Law guarantees carved out of any disclaimer. NSW law and NSW courts apply.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (Terms) are the agreement between you and Agent Anything for use of the websites, APIs, and MCP endpoint we operate, including https://www.agent-anything.com and https://mcp.agent-anything.com/mcp (the Service).
By creating an account, connecting an app, authorising an agent, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use Agent Anything
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind it. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.
3. Your account
You need an account to Connect apps and authorise agents. Production human sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping passwords, session cookies, and agent credentials confidential.
Keeping your account secure
- Use a unique password if you sign up with email.
- Sign out on shared devices.
- Revoke agents you no longer use.
- Tell us promptly at ben@agent-anything.com if you think the account is compromised.
We may require you to verify an email address before the account is fully usable.
4. Connecting apps and AI agents
Agent Anything holds credentials for the apps you Connect and exposes one MCP endpoint to the agents you authorise. We route tools/list and tools/call according to your grants and Always / Ask / Never rules.
Third-party apps
Each connected app is a separate product. Its terms, privacy policy, and acceptable-use rules apply to what that app does with your data. Agent Anything does not control those services, does not guarantee they will stay available, and is not a party to your contract with them.
We never ask for a connected-app password. Connect uses that app’s OAuth or API-key flow. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting an app deletes the stored credential.
Agents acting on your behalf
When you authorise an agent, you instruct Agent Anything to let that agent call the tools you granted, as you. You are responsible for:
- which agents you connect;
- which apps you grant each agent;
- the Always / Ask / Never rules you set;
- what the agent does with results it receives.
An agent vendor (Cursor, Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) is not Agent Anything. Their terms govern the agent. Revoking an agent stops new calls; it does not undo actions already taken in a connected app.
Ask / Never / Deny fail closed: we do not send the upstream call. Ask is not currently an interactive approval-inbox product.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow an agent to, use the Service to:
- Break the law, or the terms of a connected app or agent vendor.
- Probe, disrupt, or overload Agent Anything or a third-party system except as the connected app expressly allows for your own account.
- Circumvent grants, quotas, encryption, or authentication.
- Upload malware, or attempt to extract another person’s tokens or session.
- Misrepresent that Agent Anything operates or endorses a third-party app.
- Use the Service if we have suspended you.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe this section is breached. The free MVP cap is 25 active connected apps per workspace. Admins are not exempt.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Free plan
Personal is free during the current MVP: connect up to 25 apps, Always / Ask / Never rules, and no credit card. Disconnect an app to free a slot.
Paid plans
Pricing describes Pro and Teams as future paid options. Checkout is not live. We do not currently collect cards or process subscription payments (including via Stripe). If we launch paid plans, we will update these Terms, state the price, and tell you before we charge.
Until then, advertised paid features are not a promise that they are available.
Refunds
There are no paid charges to refund on the current free plan. Statutory Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited by this section.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on processors listed in the Privacy Policy (Azure, Firebase Auth, Resend, Cloudflare DNS, and Azure OpenAI for public directory text). Outages or changes at those providers can affect the Service. We are not liable for a third-party app, agent, or processor except to the extent we cannot exclude that liability under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual property
Agent Anything, the mark, the site, and our software remain ours (or our licensors’). You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as these Terms allow.
You retain rights in content that lives in your connected apps. We do not claim ownership of Notion pages, GitHub repos, mail, or similar. You grant us a limited licence to process tokens, metadata, and routed payloads only as needed to provide the Service (refresh a token, send a tool call you allowed, show status in the UI).
Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without an obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is a routing and permission layer. We do not warrant that a particular agent, model, or connected app will behave as you hope, or that a tool call will succeed.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This does not exclude guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. Where the ACL allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, we limit it to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Anything and Braiv Tech Pty Ltd are not liable for:
- loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss;
- loss caused by an agent acting on grants you chose;
- loss caused by a connected app or agent vendor;
- unavailability of a third-party processor.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of the Service is limited to AUD $100 or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under the ACL.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Disconnect apps and revoke agents from the product. To close the account, email ben@agent-anything.com.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if we must do so by law, or if continuing would create a security risk we cannot reasonably mitigate. We will restore access if the issue is resolved and we can fairly do so.
On termination we delete or de-identify personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The “Last updated” date is the source of truth. Material changes will be posted on this page; we may also email the address on the account. If you continue to use the Service after the update takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and ask us to close the account.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, including the Federal Court sitting in NSW, without limiting any non-excludable ACL rights or a regulator’s powers.
If a provision is unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the Service. They supersede prior proposals about the same subject. They do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship except the limited agency of routing tool calls you have granted.
